Every Felon Fits shirt is printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, changed minds, or buyer's remorse. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost to you. Email us at hello@felonfits.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll take care of it.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@felonfits.com and we'll ship the correct one right away.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll do our best to help.
